Yet another stroller question
Do any of you have the Maclaren triumph twin? I really don't want a tandem stroller and DH will absolutely kill me if I go for something like the city mini double. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks.

No, I ruled it out because I so adore my BJ City Micro single and don't like the Maclaren that we have compared to the BJCMicro. With the Maclaren, you always have to have 2 hands steering the stroller because of the way the handle is. For this reason alone, I wouldn't get one. Look in to the Micro--you can't use it w/a newborn but I don't think you can use the triumph for that, either. MIL got mine on Albee Baby for $199, so not nearly the expense of the Mini.
FWIW, I have a double Mini, too. We bought the Mini for ourselves months ago when I found an awesome deal ($280) and then MIL bought us the Micro recently. We decided to keep both for the sake of convenience but I never would have bought two of them myself. I honestly don't think the few extra features of the Mini are worth the double price of the Micro.
