thank you jw ... now i'm second guessing the one I was originally looking for and found (for anyone else interested ...):
Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese - at room temp
1 stick butter at room temp
6 cups confectioner's sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Mix all ingr. with a mixer until well-blended. Immediately spread on completely cooled cupcakes or cake. Refr. any leftover (and eat by the spoonful every time you pass the fridge ... it has a tendancy to call you by name.)
Re: jw - are you the one with the great chocolate icing recipe?
Hmmm, I know I've posted this cake recipe a bunch of times and it has a chocolate frosting recipe with it. I think it uses sour cream...

I have also recently tried this recipe and it was really good...light like mousse!
