On vacation, sort of =)

So glad the holidays are over! I was so freaking busy it was insane! Dh seemed to have something going every night after work right before Christmas....interviews (still waiting), car fixing, shopping, etc. I honestly felt like a single mom trying to get ready for the holidays! I am whipped!

My first 3 weeks with baby A went super. She is a great baby, sleeps and eats (10 weeks old) a ton. She is also a bit of a screamer, but R and I seem to handle it well. I never dealt with that much crying with R, ever! She appears to be the worst when she is tried. I have learned rather quickly that she just wants to be left to work it our herself. Swaddle and crib, she is out within 5 min usually. If I hold, rock, hush her she gets more upset and won't sleep. R really likes her so far, he tries to "help" and it just melts my heart!

She is off this week (except a few hrs tomorrow so they can go out), so I am trying to fill up our mornings with fun outings! I wish it was warmer out!

 I really need to try and get through a few pages of posts.....I read/replied to a few but also missed a bunch! Nap time these days is spent doing chores and such, that is when I am lucky enough to have them napping at the same time!

Hey!  I feel the same way - I have been SOOO incredibly busy, its not even funny.  I've been on vacation for over a week and have barely been able to actually enjoy any of it between having SO much to do and illness that went rampant through our house.

Ah!

And the weeks before vacation were so busy at work it's been forever since I've been on here.  So much to catch up on.  And I just noticed my siggy, too - yeaaah, Halloween's been over for a while now.  ;-)
