I got my BFP on the 24th (5 of them). I started to very lightly spot dark brown on the 28th. Now it's getting redder and more of it. I've called the dr. and waiting to hear from her. In the meantime my paranoia got the best of me and I bought some more hpts and they came back negative (all 3)! Tomorrow would make 6 weeks. Is it possible I m/c or that the tests were inaccurate? I don't understand and wish the dr would call me soon.

    I'm so sorry.....its probably a chemical PG. With a chemical PG......there is implantation (which causes you to get a pos HPT....), but then shortly after it just doesn't continue to "stick/grow," which then in turn causes the m/c.

    It's driving me crazy that my doctor hasn't called yet.  I called at 11 and here it is almost 2.  I just want some answers.

    Did you actually go to the doctor's office for blood tests or did you just call him/her? When the doctor calls back I would ask to come in for a blood test just to make sure.....but since your HPT's are coming up negative, your HCG/beta levels are probably low or at zero.....you just want to make sure that if you did indeed have a m/c that everything has "passed" and that your levels get back to zero....

    I haven't been to the doctor at all.  I was supposed to go next friday for my 1st appt and this started so I called at 11 and have heard nothing.

    I know I'm posting way late, but I just wanted to let you know that I'm sorry you are going through this. 

    I went through something very similar at the beginning of Sept.  I had + HPT's for 5 days, then started spotting and 2 days later, neg tests.  My docs office was horrible through the whole thing, so I know the anxiety you are going through. 

    Just wanted to say I'm sorry you have to deal with this.
