Did anyone else buy the Our Generation dolls from Target?

Claire is in love.  She got Eva, and my brother got her the sleepover playset.  She is too funny with this doll, talking to it and telling me, "Eva's favorite color is pink. She told me."  haha...best part is that she totally believes it is an American Girl doll, and was 1/3 of the price.  When she's older we might spring for the real thing, but this was perfect for a 3 year old!

I did the same thing!  My girls saw the AG commercial but Im not ready to spend $100 on a doll.  They dont know the difference and when they saw it they loved it and said "Santa got me a AG doll"   Unfortunately they have other toys they are more interested in and havent played with her at all.    I was so excited about her because I have found several of the outfits at Target and Sears that come with a doll outfit to match.  The girls LOVE this and I thought it would be perfect so their "AG" doll would have several outfits.  Im sure they will play with her eventually but had zero interest cmas or yesterday.  Looks that way today as well.  

 I plan to take them to the store in Atlanta when they turn 6-7 to get them a real one if they have the interest in them then.  We have family who live an hour from Atlanta so we would go while visiting them.  We are in Va and the only other store near us is in NY.

I got DD one that looks like her, but she isnt into that much since there were some bigger items she is all about right now
