In particular, how do you store playsets -- especially the big ones (like Little People stuff. The airport is freaking HUGE!)?
We have a couple cubby shelves and toy boxes in the boys' playroom, but I'm at a loss for what to do with all the big stuff and things with lots of accessories (which is why I almost exclusively buy the kids "self-storing" toys).
Re: s/o - how do you store toys?
We have these:
these:

and a bunch of these with all deep drawers for big stuff:

David "BD" 2/8/07 Spencer 9/12/11We have one of the Cubicals storage bookshelves. It's only 2 ft tall, then I have a bunch of various size Sterilite containers with locking handles (that the kids can do). We put the bigger items on top of the Cubicals thing, or, like we have a huge bin of Little People and I sit the garage and house on top of that bin.
We're planning to have a big built-in wall unit built in the next couple months. DH's friend is recovering from back surgery - but we're first on his job list once he's well. That will be built to accomodate all the various sizes of containers we have - and what doesn't fit in the wall will find it's way out of the house!
