What are everyone's favorite inserts?  We are planning to sew pockets and then most have been saying they love the hemp and bamboo inserts so I was thinking of just buying those to stuff.  Any suggestions on what to look for or which ones you like best?

For pockets I like to pair a Thirsties Fab Doubler with a Joey Bunz Hemparoo. The Thirsties absorbs quickly and the hemp absorbs a LOT. That's bulletproof in my house. Plus, I hate microfiber so I avoid that as much as possible.
