I'm putting a call into the Dr. in a bit, but won't be able to get out of the house until later. Here are my symptoms:

Chest cough with yellow discharge (TMI) - 2 weeks

Slight fever which started yesterday 

Stomach upset - I'll spare you the details

Loss of appetite

fatigue

Upper respiratory infection.  Without green mucus and or a long standing fever I wouldn't even give you antibiotics unless you're lungs sounded awful.
