can't access the bump

anyone else have this problem? I have always been able to access the knot, the bump & the nest from my laptop at home. I no longer can and am devastated. I can access all other websites from my laptop at home, just not these ones :( I am only able to log on while at work now. anyone know how to fix this? I haven't a clue :(

    Maybe you need to clear your cache and restart? I've never had problem unless the bump is having a issue.

    How would one go about clearing their cache? I deleted my cookies, temp files, etc.In the past if I couldn't couldn't connect it was the bump that was the problem, now I know it's me since I can connect from work.
