Thanks for sharing your story with us.  I don't know much about cleft lip/palate.  Is he eating okay?  When will they do the surgery.  Best of luck to you!  Nice to hear your hubby was able to talk you down from being so upset, my hubby is the same way.    Sometimes we need that positive spin to help us move forward!

thanks for reading. He is eating well. Taking his minimum requirements if not more so i'm happy with that. He just takes a full 30 minutes to do it and its tiring, especially when his brother eats more than that in 10 minutes. But im trying not to compare.

They will do the first surgery as early as 3 months or 10 lbs. He has his first appt with his team next month so im anxious to hear their assessment of him.  He will have many surgeries...and im already not looking forward to them.
