Upstate NY Babies

It's over... my month of hell is over :)

I survived the holidays and working 53-57hours a week with only 1 day off a week.  now life will hopefully get back to normal and I have 2 days off a week.  I have been exhausted and had a lot of mom guilt.  I know for next year what to do early.(definitly shopping and baking)  From Thanksgiving until today I only went to B&N and walmart once.

I love my new store and my boss doesn't think I will get transfered again.  That makes me very happy.  So i will be back to  posting much more.

  • Glad to hear that the holiday madness is over.  I really don't know how you do it, I don't think I would ever survive working close to 60 hrs a week.  I hope that you  will be able to  enjoy some quiet time relaxing with your family now.

  • Yay!  And love your siggy pics.  Your dd's dress is so pretty!

My sucky work is almost back to normal too - the other pharm is *suppposed* to be coming back jan 4.  Can't wait to be back to 40 hrs.

And I hear you on the planning ahead!  Luckily I did almost all my shopping online this yr and really took advantage of the free site-to-store at walmart that I could then just pick up at the end of my shift.
