That is the ornament one that I have!  I really like it.  My mom bought it for me when I got married (and filled it with all my years of ornaments).  She bought it at Home Depot or Bed Bath and Beyond, I forget which one.  But maybe you could do an exchange in store without receipt.  Or just buy another one to make it 5 layers tall since they are probably on sale right now anyway.

    I went on to the actual site (snapware) and they sell the levels individually as well which is good to know. DH thinks I'm crazy to want to return/exchange this one-he said it was so cheap, why bother...we'll see what ends up happening. He'll probably buy more and say he called about it, but wont!
