OMG, I now know why this thing is ages 8+...it should be 38+ b/c I cannot figure it out.  I did not think I would actually have to watch the demo to figure it out!  It seems cute if only I can teach DS how to use it somewhat.

My DS got one too. His amp isn't working though so we need to return it. All we did was turn it on and when you strum the cords, you can hear the guitar play. I thought it would be totally different and truthfully, I think it's kind of stupid. lol. But DS is seriously in love with it so that's all that matters!

Yeah, I agree that it is not what I thought.  But if you watch the demo video it can do different things but I find it hard enough to change songs, so frustrating.  DS likes it a lot (he loves the song All Star b/c of Shriek) but I think it will lose it's luster quickly.
