I read the first two in less than 48 hours and then got all my friends obsessed with it. A group of friends and I dressed up as District 12 Tributes for a Halloween 5K we did - LOL.

I bought it - for my Kindle-  yesterday too and I'm about 1/2 done.  I'll probably finish tonight.  I have a bunch of friends obsessed.  I can see why.

It is really, really good.

I read that entire book last night. It was SO good! But seriously, how is that considered a kid book? It's pretty hardcore! I'll start #2 tonight when dd goes to bed. I'm counting down the hours! About 4 more to go...

Ditto!  Although, the kindle version  is only $5, so might be worth the buy...

I read all 3 and didn't think they "sounded" that great, either. They are better than they sound....promise.

My favorite by far was the first one. The whole concept is just disturbing, but it was a very fast and easy read.

I did not like the first 30 or so pages and never would have imagined liking this series.  BUT OMG...It is fantastic.  It's a must read on my list.

I read the Amazon blurb about it -- and yea, I'm with Starry.  Does not grab me at all. But it sounds political almost...and that is WAY over my head.

I liked it a lot too.  I read all three in a couple weeks.  I'm excited for the movie (though they have yet to cast the main characters.)

 From start to finish there was a total of 16 hours, including sleeping, cleaning the playroom, organizing a closet, and taking care of DDs.  Thank goodness my mom came during DD2's nap and did crafts with DD1... I snuck away to my room to finish the book.  Downloaded the second one already!
