call dr. or wait?

I'm on my first clomid cycle, I'm on cd 26, with no O yet.  My dr. said to call on day 31 if I'm not pregnant (which I clearly won't be!).   I'm considering giving her a call today--I figure it may take a day or so for her to get back to me and if she gets back to me today, then I can get my prescription for provera/clomid filled over the weekend rather than having to skip the gym one night this week to get it.  Dumb idea?

call your doctor.  my doctor says call if I don't get a + opk by Day 20.

Thanks ladies--I know my dh would like me to call too, he's ready to move on to the next cycle as well!
