This Cmas was the year of duplicates

My DH got three griddles and two pairs of binoculars.  My DD got a game she already had and two of the same Sing-a-Ma-Jigs.  LOL.  We aren't ungrateful, but when DH opened the third griddle, we had to laugh.  He wasn't going to say anything, but DD saw it and said, "Oh Daddy, you got another one?"

Everybody was cool about it and has no problem with us exchanging things...thankfully!

    I can understand 2 griddles but 3!!!! lol thats just too funny!

    Last year was our year for that.  It's widely known how much DD loves ladybugs, so she ended up with 4 of the ladybug game.

    That is funny!!!  DH's parents are divorced and so are mine, so we have 4 sets of parents that buy for us.  I typically have DH give me his wishlist and then I divvy it up and give a few items from the list to each set of parents for ideas.  One year, I totally screwed it up and told each set of parents that he wanted a particular movie and he ended up getting it 3 times.  I felt bad, but it was kinda funny.
