it's a series of 4 books by stephenie meyer. the first book is called twilight. the movie comes out nov. 21st. they are really addictive books you should check them out!!!

I'm sorry for the latest wave of Twilightism.  I finished the 1st book last night and was literally frothing at the mouth for my break so I could go buy the next one.  It's THAT good!!

I was lost too but I figured what can it hurt to check it out.  I'm hooked!

I have a feeling I'm going to resist this trend for years, just like I did with Harry Potter.  And then I'll finally pick them up, get hooked and name all my pets after the characters...

Amber - I did the same thing with Harry Potter - I figured anything that popular had to suck (I am a total pop culture snob), but when I finally read them I became obsessed. With Twilight I decided resistance was futile, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them - maybe not the greatest writing, but great story/characters and SO romantic. DO IT. (and Desabean, def. run out and buy the first book).

I just finished reading the first book, and I have to admit, I caught myself giggling like a little girl because of Edward. I highly recommend.
