How do you cook yours? Mine never turns out right. TIA

Steam 15 min add evoo, salt and pepper. Or bake/broil 12 minutes (first brush with evoo, salt & pepper). Easy peasy . We are having asparagus tonight too. Eta: skinny asparagus takes about 10-12 minutes, thick ones 15-17. Hth

I do it in the oven with olive oil, salt and pepper at 350 for about 15 -20 minutes.

Mine is currently marinating in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. I will cook it on the grill pan set to about medium high and cook until still crisp. You want it to still have some bite. I can't stand floppy asparagus.
