Do you ever wear nylons?

I haven't worn them in years, but still feel like Iam going to get the side eye from my old school MIL when I show up tomorrow without any. Just wondering if anyone wears them still in more conservative situations.

I HAVE to wear hose with most dress shoes or else my feet are miserable. Hose makes me feet slide into dress shoes more easily, too much friction without them.

That being said, it's been years since I've actually worn any. In the summer I always wear sandals with dresses and in the winter I'm more of a thick tights/boots kind of gal.

Nylons?  That is old school.  My grandmother called them that.  No.  I can't think of a situation in which I would wear them, and I was a pallbearer at said grandmother's funeral.

Yes. If I am dressed up, I wear them.

I can't stand bare legs on dressy occasions. I think it makes an outfit look sloppy or unfinished or something.

I do, but not b/c of conservative situations.  I wear them in the winter simply to give an extra layer of warmth.  I do tend to wear tights more than nylons though.

I wear them when I wear a dress or skirt, but i'm not real fashionable either.

I'm on the fence on this one.  I get that they're considered unfashionable now, but I'm not really a bare leg person.  Mostly I'll do tights, but tights aren't good for ALL dresses.  They do make some remarkably sheer ones.  Ugh, I don't know-I'm unfashionable when it comes to that I guess.

That's pretty much how I feel.  Usually, I go without, but I have tights that I also wear. I just bought this skirt today and I don't think tights would look right.  I picked up a sheer pair and I'll try the skirt with and without them and make a decision tomorrow I guess.

I'm wearing gray sweater tights tomorrow.  It is too cold to go bare-legged.

I wear them.  I don't feel dressed with bare legs and a nice skirt/dress.  I also have to wear black hose for choir.

I wear tights often, but I can't think of an event/occasion where I'd wear nylons.  Maybe black ones for a funeral. or thigh-highs if I ever bothered to try to be sexy LOL  But no, no matter how fancy the event, I am not wearing nylons.

I wore flesh colored pantyhose with skirts/dresses when I worked in the corporate world.  Partly because I have super pale legs, and I am constantly bruising them.  But mainly, I would feel unprofessional exposing my bare legs.

I do and I wear them without panties too.  If I'm going to be conservative, I should at least feel a little naughty doing it.  haha
