Marshmellows???? really???  wow I should try that.  I do the bread trick and it does work but then the bread gets rock hard and crumbly and you end up with bread crumbs in the container.

    Yes, a trick a learned from Martha Stewart.  The marshmallow gets really dry too, but no crumbles.  MIL has also said she's put a small bowl of water in with cake if she overbaked it.
