F'ing Furreal go-go dog

Whatever the freaking thing is called.  We got one for Cam.  It's on the "try me" mode and there is no way to switch it off of that without opening it (that I can see anyway).

I wrapped it, with it barking and wagging the whole damn time (it's motion/vibration sensitive).

It's in the closet downstairs and if you walk in front of the closet, it barks.  I just keep praying that Joey and Cam don't go downstairs that much between now and Christmas morning.

Haha, I got DD one too and the thing was barking all through the store!

We wrapped presents last night and realized the only way to turn it off was to get it out of the packaging.  Luckily for us, our toys get stored in the basement which is unfinished so DD doesn't go down there.  It will likely make noise on Christmas morning but DH and I are looking forward to the wrapped package barking at DD and seeing her expression. 

I so did not want to get this thing for DD because it looks like something she will play with for all of 5 minutes before she gets bored with it and it was kind of expensive.  However it was one of the things that she asked for specifically several times so I caved.

That dog and those damn babies that call momma annoy the crap pout of me.  Everytime I walk through the toy ssection there are 50 babies screami g and 20 dogs barking.  Your poor kids are going to think you're torturing animals!!

I ordered it for DD online and it was barking right through the brown UPS box. I was wondering what the poor UPS guy was thinking b/c I'm sure it was barking the entire time it was on the truck!!!

LOL!  I never thought about that but the UPS man must HATE the crying babies and barking dogs in brown boxes! 

I wasn't going to get it but we were at Target recently and bought Cam a stuffed dog that has a leash (I know, so close to Christmas....blah, blah, blah!  ) and she got it home and said "Mommy, it doesn't walk!"

Oh, you want one that walks!?  Ah ha!  Done.  Phew -- something I know she actually WANTS and she's going to get it for Christmas.  I was at a loss this year for ideas!

Uh-oh. Mine does not bark or anything.  I'd better take it out of the package and see if it actually works or needs new batteries or something.  It would be just my luck for DD to get a broken one from Santa!
