I was 1cm dilated, 50% effaced, 0 station from week 35 until week 41.  I delivered at 41w1d after being induced.

At 38 weeks I was 80% effaced and 1 cm dilated...but was induced at 40w5d

I was told I would go early - that didn't happen. I went 40w4d. I was also dilated 2-3 for about 3 weeks. I also lost my plug 3 weeks before anything happened.
