When did you schedule your anatomy scan?

I won't be 20 weeks until the second week in Feb, but I was just wondering how far in advance did you guys schedule your scan.  It's already on my list of questions to ask the OB next week.

When we had out NT scan last week the tech said we could schedule it right after we were done. But it felt a little too early to schedule it at 12 weeks.

We made the appointment at the NT scan. My office waits till 20 weeks. Feb 7th is the date we find out the sex. Feels far away but I can't wait!

We scheduled ours at my 10 week appointment. My OB brings in an u/s tech to do it and they only come in twice a month. I'm out of town for Feb 1, which was one option, when I'm 19 weeks. So we're doing Feb 15, I'll be 21 weeks.

I scheduled mine at my 16-week appt.  My doctor schedules them for right at 20 weeks.

I've actually heard from some women that it's even better to schedule them at 21 or 22 weeks, because you can see so much more of the baby and the baby is even bigger (but not too big).

Anything 20 weeks or after is best. My dr. only schedules appts. 1 appt. at a time, so I didn't schedule the u/s until my 16 weeks appt.

I scheduled mine today, at my appointment. My appointments are a little off because of work scheduling, but I'm 18 weeks now. So in less than two weeks (Jan 5th) we will get to FINALLY see our little munchkin.

I scheduled mine at my last appointment (I was 14 weeks, 3 days) -- my appointment will be January 19th - I'll be 19 weeks, 2 days... I CAN'T WAAAAAAIT!

I scheduled it just now for Jan 13th, right around 19 weeks. Got my order from my doctor yesterday. I guess it depends if you're thinking about a particular day/time. I wasn't able to get the exact time I wanted 3 weeks out, but if you make your appointment now, or soon, you will probably get your pick of days/times.

I scheduled mine at my last appointment at 13 weeks.  Mine will be January 3rd right before my 18 week OB appointment.  I'll be about 18.5 weeks and the nurse said that was fine especially since I already will be at the hospital for my regular visit.

I scheduled it at my NT scan.  It's for Feb 11, which seems sooooo far away, but my dr does them at 20 wks.

I only schedule my appointments monthly, so I won't get to schedule the anatomy scan until January 6 after my 16-week (well, 17-week because I'm out of town at 16 weeks) appointment. I am hoping I can get in on January 27, which is the day I turn 20 weeks, but I expect it'll be sometime during the last week of January.

We scheduled it at my last appointment (16 weeks). Mine is scheduled for January 19. I'll be one-day shy of 21 weeks. Part of me wishes it was sooner but since we are finding out the sex I figure our chances of it being more accurate are greater.

I scheduled mine at my 16 week visit for 20 weeks (January 14th).  He does them himself right there in the office,though, so it's probably different than scheduling with a tech.  

Do you have to go back to the specialist who did your NT scan for bloodwork?  I had to go back 4 weeks after my NT scan- about the same time I scheduled my anatomy scan appointment with my doctor.  Maybe that's what they're waiting for and will schedule it then.

For me, the NT and anatomy scans are done at the hospital, so I have to call them to schedule the appointment myself (the doctor just writes the script for it). 

But based off what other people here have been saying, I've already call the hospital twice!

We share a due date!  I scheduled mine at my NT scan appt for 19 weeks, so we are set for Feb 3rd!

I just scheduled mine moments ago. I got the referral at my 14w appt, but didn't call right away (no reason other than being busy). I'll be 20w2d at the appt.

I made my appointment at my 16 week appt. It's for January 12th, I'll be exactly 20 weeks on the 12th! I can't wait! I'm nervous though, because we are "team green" - and we both really want to be surprised, but I know it's going to be hard to not keep my eyes on the little one!!

I made my appointment yesterday for Jan 17th. I had to wait for my insurance and Medical Group to approve the referrals otherwise I would have done it sooner.

My OB sends a referral to another office (maternal fetal medicine) that does them.  They called me last week to schedule mine. 

My office did the same for my NT scan too.  I love it, I don't have to think about it or call random offices.  They send a referrel and an insurance referral and the other office calls me and sets it up.

Mine is January 25th.  We're team green but I can't wait to see the baby.
