i have a couple that i've done before, but i'm in the mood for something new. sweet or savory, doesn't matter, i just want to be able to prepare it the night before and either have it ready in the morning (crock pot) or just throw it in the oven to bake.

I make a baked blueberry french toast very similar to this:

BUT if you make it, you must add a package of cream cheese to it! My recipe calls to cut the bread into smaller pieces, then put pieces of cream cheese on the bread, then half the blueberries, then the egg mixture. Reserve a cup of blueberries to make blueberry syrup.
Seriously, probably the best breakfast dish I've ever had.
