ChaLean extreme Beach Body Program

I have been doing this for a few weeks. I love it. There is also motified versions for people with joint issues. I was wondering if any one else is doing this program?? Smile

  • DH and I did this last spring. It was great, short and sweet and really worked me out. Then only problem we had is that DH needed very heavy weights to make some of the exercises challenging. Weights are expensive so we invested in a few sets, but he really needs to go heavier to see more results. I want to start up after Jan 1st and do it again!

  • I did this plan last year with great success, but toned it down and eventually stopped due to being pregnant.  I plan to start it up again after LO arrives and I'm cleared to work out again.

  • I?m on the Push Phase; will be starting Lean Phase on Jan.4th. I really like the program; it?s very short. I will need to go heavier on the next phase but I can?t afford to buy any weights right now; so I?ll be using same weights.

  • So do you think it is ok during pregnancy ? I am just finishing my 2nd round and got a BFP . I wanted to finish the last 2 weeks, then do the maintenance schedule during pregnancy-do you think this is ok?

  • Im doing the modified versions. I know you can continue a program. I know after the first trimester anything on the back is a no no!! Im just going to continue as much as I can.  I will start walking 40 min a day with this workout since I cant go hardcore. I read were squats was not a good option during pregnancy?Im going to do some research on it.

    Is their anyone that did this throughout their pregnancy without moderation???
