No, I didn't even know she was painting it until a few mos. ago, when she was well into it.  It's not mine, she'll take a nice photo of the painting and give that to me.

Beautiful! Too bad you aren't getting it, I was going to ask where you were going to hang it.

I know, I would LOVE to have it, but she never offered it as something she was going to give/I could buy, and I didn't feel comfortable asking.   She did tell me she would take a picture and give me that.

Wow, that's beautiful. Portraiture is difficult at best, and she really painted one that looks just like the kids.
