This frozen fruit water you speak of...Any special instructions?? Or just toss the frozen fruit into the water and stick it i n the fridge?  Any sugar/splenda?

No directions, just throw it in the water   The more room temperature it is, the more flavor it will have, and if you smash it just a tiny bit, it releases more juice.  Yum!  I like mine with lots of ice.

Contrax are less, just annoying at this point.  Thanks for asking!

Oh yeah, I dont' add any sweeteners, it just makes me more thirsty.  If you wanted more of a sweet drink, you could add a simple syrup (dissolve the sugar in hot water).  GL!
