I need a recipe for una paleta (pork shoulder). DH just bought a 10 pounder and expects me to make it xmas ever. I've never made one before.

OMG! IDK what to tell you. We're Cuban and my parents just order one from a restaurant. It's been a while since anyone in my family actually cooked the lechon from scratch. GL!

Only thing not listed is that it always tastes better when you marinate it overnight with about 3 sour oranges and don't forget some bay leaves. good luck! Not so difficult to make, believe it or not.
