and cover it with foil so that I can cook the rest of my stuff in the oven, it will stay warm enough; right?  I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to cook the green bean casserole and the stuffing with the turkey in the oven.   I think I can do the rest outside of the oven.

It should rest for 20-30 min after it's done, anyway. It allows the juices to redistribute, so that they don't all come leaking out when you cut the turkey.

Absolutely.  The juices will redistribute and it will still be very warm.
