My clinic wouldn't budge. I told them it was either next week, at 18w 5d, or not until the 21st of Jan. They scheduled me for the 21st of Jan. Yeah. That would put me at like 24 weeks for my big u/s. So sorry, but that really doesn't work for me. I'm so irritated. I can't wait to start at this new clinic on the 4th!

yeah, that sounds like my old drs office too! They would try and be as difficult as they could be IMO.  I hope this new place is a better fit and that its so nice to you that you want to kick yourself for not switching earlier

I have to ditch my dr office as well. They are doing concurrent care with my midwife, but the office is just horrible. Its a pain, but worth it to find someone that is a good fit!

It sounds like you're making the right decision.

I changed OBs after my m/c and it was the best decision I ever made. It makes such a difference having an office with amazing people who go out of there way to help the crazy pregnant ladies.

I'd switch too...24 weeks seems like way too late for an anatomy scan. My first MW told me between 18 and 20 weeks when I was pg with DD.
