Sometimes I wish I didn't have to get DH off just to get his sperm.  LOL. 

Example: We got into a small fight last night.  And even though I'm in my fertile window I couldn't bring myself to give him the pleasure just so I could have his sperm.

I completely agree! There are times I wish I could just snap my fingers and have his "man juice" without having to do anything!

TTC can definitely take the spark out of love-making sometimes!

Ha - that's funny.

I had to badger DH into sex on Sunday night and then failed on Monday, so even though we should probably still be humping it out, I am tired of initiating.

I'm with you! I hate depending on DH for his swimmers. There have been times when I gave in to disagreements with him just so we could do the dirty. I knew I was using him and enjoyed my trickery more than the sex.

Totally agree. This is a little embarrassing, but I was so sick during my fertile window this cycle and was determined to have sex b/c I got a second + OPK.  I tried so hard, but I couldn't stop blowing my nose and coughing- not to mention I reeked of vicks. I sent DH to the computer for some internet porn and told him to return until just before he was ready. It worked the one night, but by the third +, he caught what I had and I had to waste a + OPK.

I did say something once... he was all trying to hold out for me, and he said "I'm close, I'm trying to hold out" and I yelled "Do it!! Do it!! GO!!"  LOL!!!

Bahahaha!  That's a good one.  Maybe I should have tried that last night.

Let's just say I'm a little more "forgiving" during O week. I tend to have to bite my tongue more than usual so that I don't make a mountain out of a mole hill. 'Cause once DH and I have a good disagreement, it usually takes a few days to resolve itself enough for me to want to sleep with him.

hahaha this is me exactly!!! Although it only takes us a day to talk and work things out...but I am way more forgiving and less likely to pick small stupid fights (even if I am hormonal...I bite my tongue a lot!) to ensure that we will both be "in the mood" to get the job done lol.

This thread makes me feel better and cracks me up.

My strategy the last couple of months has been to seduce DH either as I wake him in the a.m., or as soon as we get home from work. Point being, I make sure we BD before either of us can talk about anything, and therefore risk an argument.

I'm sure he knows what I'm up to, but so far he hasn't protested. Added bonus is that we seem less likely to fight afterwards...

I'm like this too! I'm also too scared to to say much of anything that can be taken as 'pressure' because I don't want the little soldier to retreat.

hahahaha, I have done the SAME thing! He always jokes with me, "You just want my seed" DH has already told me we aren't skipping any days next cycle. He is starting to really want this baby as much as I do!

Haha. Funny topic, mrstran. Oh yes, this has happened to me! Last cycle I got SO mad at him the night before O, I didn't even want to TOUCH him, let alone make him feel good. But I sucked it up, even though I felt like it would kill me.

Sometimes we both get in really goofy moods. Ordinarily, that doesn't coincide with sexy time, but when it's our fertile time we end up talking and laughing through it, it cracks me up!!
