I'm attempting to do babywise with my twins, and had a quick question about your response to a babywise previous post....I can't tandem bottle feed due to acid reflex as well and I was wondering what you do to occupy the twin that you wake up "late" after the first one feed?  Mine always seems to wake up and cries due to hunger. 

Also, what do you do when a twin wakes up before the 3 hours and is hungry?

I definitely feel your pain. Acid reflux is such a nightmare. 

I always wake 1 twin up early (if he's not already up). Typically I try to feed him as fast as possible and hope the other sleeps. If the other wakes up I either put him in the swing w/ a paci, or on a boppy next to me w/ a paci. If he still won't quiet down I'll stop feeding the first 1 and feed #2 for a while, then alternate back. When I alternate whoever is not feeding always gets a paci.  Alternating can be disastrous for me b/c the 2nd half of their bottle is so much worse than the first. But if that's how it goes then hey. This got MUCH easier when they were able to go 3.5hrs. They just got a lot better at waiting for food. I'm not sure how your LO's reflux presents but is it possible to tandem feed the first few ounces then do 1 at a time?
