These guys may very well be replacing Zappos.com's special place in my heart as favorite online shoe vendor.

I ordered some slippers from them last week, only for the same exact slippers to go on sale 1/2 off today.  I called them right away, and within a 3-minute phone conversation, the difference is being refunded back to my card.  

Also, how cute are this slippers!?  They're so warm and cozy, too!
