What do you think of my Christmas Eve menu?

Shrimp cocktail

brie-with some type of baquette

 

Dinner

Lasagna

artichokes french

Italian sausage with peppers and onions

Green beans with toasted almonds

Salad with Goddess dressing and gorgonzola cheese

Italian baked rosemary rolls

 

Desert is being brought by others.

Beer, wine, eggnog and soda.

 

This is the first year I am not roasting a turkey or ham. What do you think?  Should I make another veggie?

I will definitely have another app-  would chips and guac be weird? My sis works at an awesome mexican restaurant so I could have her grab that and some fresh salsa.

I think it sounds good.  My family usually has a less traditional Christmas dinner.  Not many of us like turkey and the sides are the main attraction.  We usually do stufffed veal chop or lamb of some kind. 

To answer your question I would probably have a second veggie.  Or maybe a  really good homemade mac and cheese with an italian breadcrumb topping.

Dinner - You 100% do not need another veggie.  You have artichokes, green beans, salad and even peppers in the sausage.  Enough

Agree with Gibs on both points. I think you'll be ok with even the two appetizers you have, but if you aregoing to do one, I would not do the guacamole. Maybe do bruschetta as an appetizer instead?
