morning sickness of 24 hour bug?

Hi everyone. So up until saturday, I have not really had any morning sickness yet except very mild nausea. Friday night, I ate a little, but the smell really grossed me out. I woke up early saturday morning not being able to sleep and feeling nauseated. I vomited at 1 am and again at 3 and was not able to sleep. The whole next day I was so sick. I could not keep anything down...I felt sick when I laid down and vomited when I would get up. I also had diarrhea. It wasn't until later in the day that I felt so cold...I just could not get warm. I took my temperature and it was 99.6. It felt flu-like, but without the fever. The next day I was much better - but did not have much of an appetite. Monday slight nausea. And today, i felt fine. Sound like morning sickness  to you? My other pregnancy symptoms are mild now.  I have not had any cramping or abdominal pressure for a little while and the girls are less sore. Just wondering what is going on. I am 7 weeks 4 days. I passed my milestone today...it was last year on this day that I m/c @ 6 weeks.

Sounds like food poisoning to me. I think generally "24 hour bugs" are actually mild cases of food poisoning.

It crossed my mind too, but my husband and SD ate the same food and they were fine. It was a meal I prepared, and I did not eat much of it either...

I think it sounds like some sort of bug. The big D is what makes me think that. In all my pgs I have never had that problem and I get really bad m/s.

It sounds a lot like a stomach bug that had been making it's way around here recently. Make sure you are keeping yourself hydrated as much as you can!
