Its too early to be dealing with this on top of PTL!! :'-( What can I do to make the ache/pain go away?!

Stretches - arms right out front of you with palm down, bend your wrist towards your feet and push back on your hand (should make a 90 degree angle) hold for a minute then pull hand up (another 90 degree angle) hold for one minute then repeat on the other side. Try doing this 3x a day.
Also wrist braces help. When its bad I will wear them to sleep as well.
EDIT: to push on your hand not your wrist.

I just tried this and it made my fingers super tingley (sp?).
I wear a wrist brace at night that seems to help some. But the tips of my pointer and middle fingers on both hands are pretty much always numb (or pins and needles feeling).
My doctor suggested getting the padding for the keyboard and mouse. I haven't, and I'm not sure what else would help. I can't wait for it to go away though!
