It's SO good. I got rave reviews from it too, and it's really easy to make. I bought some pre-sliced apples to serve with it (saving me the chore of chopping myself).
I am bringing fresh spring rolls to my Christmas party. If you can find spring roll wrappers at your grocery store (our "upscale" grocery had them), there is an easy recipe on the back. Very delicious and healthy- had them at another Christmas party and everyone raved at how good and unique they were.
My backup plan is always Costco's frozen Spanikopita which is delicious and everyone loves- just pop it in the oven.
Re: Help. I need finger food/appetizer ideas
i make roll ups that everyone loves and I get in trouble when i come with out them
cream cheese
Black olives (chopped up)
green onions
chopped up deli meat
shredded cheese
jalepenos (can be left out)
I mix it all together spread it on a tortilla roll it up and slice it in bite size pieces... a big hit!
