s/o Choosing a Formula - switching...

Kolby has been on Similac only because it was what my sister fed her nephew and she had lots of it left.  But he has never been really picky about things so after reading the post below I am thinking I might switch to something a little bit more cost effective if it doesnt really matter.  How to go about switching? Mix 1/2 and 1/2?

Re: s/o Choosing a Formula - switching...

  • I never did a gradual switch.  I just started using the cheaper stuff.  She never had an issue with it.

ETA:  If she wouldn't drink the new formula, I would have done a gradual 3/4 old/1/4 new... then half/half... then 1/4thold/3/4thnew, then all new.  I would only wait a day or two between switching though.

    This.

  • We just switched.  When the Similac was recalled, I started buying Up & Up and just changed over.  Cooper never really cared.
