I never thought I'd have to introduce myself here, but I'm sure you all are well aware with the feeling....

I got my BFP on 11/2 and was due 7/9.  Yesterday I went to my NT Scan and just knew something was wrong immediately.  It was so text book with the nurse looking around, getting the doctor, doctor having us come talk to him in his office, etc.  

The baby stopped progressing around 8wks, no heartbeat.  I should have been 11w2d... no signs of m/c  (no bleed, cramping, etc).  The last time we saw the heartbeat (for the 2nd time) was at 8w4d.... The d&c is scheduled at 11:30 today.  It's already been somewhere close to 3wks, I don't want to wait any longer for this to take its natural course.  I need to shut this chapter and move on.

I look forward to getting to know you all and getting support and advice over the next few days, wks, and months as we move past this. I've heard wonderful things about this board.  I might continue to lurk awhile as I heal and try to learn about what comes next, but I just wanted to introduce myself before I start replying or posting questions.

    I am so sorry for your loss, but glad you've decided to introduce yourself here.  This board has honestly been so amazing for me, and has played a definite part in my journey to healing.  It's frustrating to only talk to people who can't relate to what you're feeling, so eventhough I'm saddened that this board exists at all, I am so, so grateful for it.  Welcome, and I hope you're able to find peace and comfort here as I have.  ((hugs))

    I am so, so sorry for your loss and I hate that I recognize you from the July board. :( There are too many of us here from there.

    Oh no...I'm so very sorry for your loss.  I had something a little similar with my first m/c...went in for my 8w4d appointment and the baby was measuring 6w.  Absolutely no spotting or cramping...completely threw me for a devastating loop.  With my 2nd m/c, we saw the hb so we thought we were 'in the clear.'  I know that I don't know exactly how you are feeling, but my heart just feels for you.  T&P as you begin the physical healing process today...and in the days to come as well.  I'm so sorry.

    I'm glad you have introduced yourself here.  This board, as much as I'd like it to not exist, is a great place to find support - with many supportive ladies.

    I think I recognize you from the July board as well.  Sorry you have to join this board, but really glad you found us.  I've found this board and TTCAL to be a great source of support and information.

    I am so sorry for you loss. I know a bit of what you are feeling. We saw the hearbeat at 7w and at 9w it had stopped. There had been no signs whatsoever. It's a devastating blow. I'm glad that you chose to have a D&C. I chose to wait and it ended up being forever. I finally needed to have a D&C 7 weeks after I found out the heart had stopped. I hope you find support and comfort from this board. It's nice to have people to talk to who understand where you're coming from.

    Dang so sorry to see you here.  I hate seeing other July mommies, thought we should about be done with this by now!  I hope your D&C went smoothly and that AF comes at a reasonable time afterward so that you can get on with your life.  I'm sure like many other's, I simply can NOT wait for AF to make an appearance.  I've been bleeding from my natural m/c for 9 days now and just want it to be done!  Hugs and prayers to you dear, so sorry for your loss!!

    I am so sorry for your loss. I recognize you from the July board as well as F&B. None of us though it would be possible, yet here we are.This board is very helpful...even if you just lurk (which I mostly do). It is comforting to know that others are going through the same thing and understand how you feel. It's so hard to try and explain to others who haven't experienced it.
