Back Pain

Warning paranoid, pregnant woman brain at work here:

Did anyone begin having back pain before a real bump? I'm not really showing yet (i think i just look chunky right now) but since Sunday night I've started having bad back pain.

I know I overdid it on Sunday - cooking, cleaning, etc.  and most likely I just strained myself but of course I'm freaking out. LO is super active today making my ute really sore which of course is not helping either.

If I don't feel better  tomorrow I think I'm going to call the OB nurse.

What does PgAL think?

    My back would ache starting at about 15w, usually if I slept funny or over did it at work.  A heat pack works wonders, I still use mine a few times a week.

    Mine hurts a little now, and I am only 7 weeks.  I am sleeping differently than I normally do, and I am super curvy.  If it is so bad that you want to take something, and it doesn't feel like you put slept on something the wrong way, I would call for peace of mind.  It wont hurt to have it checked out.  Good luck, and I hope you feel better soon!

    I've had some back pain this weekend, but I think I just was running around, carrying too much at a wedding both Saturday & Sunday!

    I had a backacke on and off during the 1st tri and then again from like weeks 16-18.  Now it hurts every once in a while.  Totally normal.

    I'm having a lot of back pain and I am only 5 weeks. :(

    I would call for your peace of mind though.
