Pregnant after a Loss

Patience is a virtue (NT scan wed)

And I'm NOT good at it. I have my NT scan on Wednesday morning which will be 12w5d and I haven't seen LO since 8w. Last time it was a missed m/c with no symptoms and I lost baby around 8w and was diagnosed at 11w3d. I just can't stand the fear or the waiting. 37 hours. How do you distract yourselves or keep the crazy at bay?

  • Do you have ingrediants to make cookies?  I try to cook when I get super anxious; it helps me to work with my hands in a way that I have to use my brain, if that makes sense.  I hope the time passes quickly for you!
