We got our first Imaginext toy over the weekend at a family party - a Sky Racer plane. And the Batman snowmobile-thingy.
B loves them
Then he got the 'wrong' TS3 junkyard (yikes- he made it very clear to Mamaw and Papaw!), so we returned it for the Imaginext one today. He's been playing with it for 4 hours now.
Hrmmm. Not sure how we managed to not get any before, but I'm pretty impressed with them.
Re: No longer an Imaginext virgin...
We have the Batman castle, the Kingdom set and the Fire station.
I love, love, love this shiz. Even Owen, who is 6.5, still plays with them. Oh and they wash really well too- don;t ask how but Batman's elevator stopped working due to a juice flood and I threw the whole damn thing in the sink with hot soapy water!

I've never even heard of Imaginext. Is it a building toy? I'd look it up myself but I'm on the painfully sluggish work computer.
At our house it's ALL about Legos, Star Wars and Beyblades this year.

Cleo - it's play sets.
Like the Toy Story one is the Junk yard/landfill, then you can buy the Hamm rocket, the Trash Truck, and some other things to go with it.
The main pieces are like $40-70 maybe? then the smaller add-ons are mostly $8-15 or so, I think.
Thanks to Yodajo, we are not virgins either.
I got the ship thing from TRU and the Lost Creatures dinosaur from Amazon.
The kids picked up little sets of people with their birthday money.

I just had to look it up too, Cleo.
Then I realized we have all the batman gear. Ha!
