I take baths all the time. Just listen to your body. If I start getting too warm (like if I can feel my face getting warm) I add a little cold water. Relax and enjoy!
I took baths my whole pregnancy. You don't want to raise your body temperature. Just listen to your body. If you are feeling flushed or too hot, cool down the water or get out.

My parents always turn their hot tub down to 99 degrees for me and I sit in for about 15 mins.. I'm sure you can enjoy your bath much longer than that though!
