We had dinner with friends the other day (who don't have children) and my friend gave me a huge complement.  She said how her SIL is having a baby and talked about CDing, EBFing, and making her own baby food.  My friend said she thought her SIL was crazy and nobody can handle all that and work part time.  Then she said she thought of DH and I and we how we actually do in deed do all those things.  She seemed SHOCKED that it could actually be done.  I told her thanks, and that it really isn't hard and honestly it is all I thought about doing since in my opinion these are all simple (as long as you can BF) and easy things to do which have your LOs best interest in mind.

Anyway, I'm sure many of you ladies do all these things as well and it made me happy to know that a lot of other women (future mommies) may actually be a little surprised at how feasible these things are.

Kind of a pointless post - but woohoo for the EFF and showing others it can be done!
