I think so. I also like that you can take it apart, clean out the pieces, and let it dry.

I don't know about the battery operated ones, but Nose Frida is the greatest aspirator ever.  They can be a little hard to track down, but their website lists local stores that carry it.  If you have a little one with congestion problems you must have it.
