Watching Posts?

I've been on The Bump for a while, but have just recently starting lurking on the boards.  I have a few postings that I've marked "Watch this Thread" but I have no idea how to easily find those again!!  Is there someplace that I can find a list of the posts I'm watching?  Will I recieve an e-mail or some other form of notification when there is a new response?  TIA!!
