what could this be? (rash)

my 7.5month old daughter suddenly has a rash on her legs (outer and front thigh area). It is bright red. Not where the elastic goes on her legs so its not the elastic too tight. I use Rockin' Green unscented (have for months...only detergent that didn't make her break out) and I recently stripped all my diapers. They come out of the wash and I smell them (yes, every time) and they smell nice and clean. Any thoughts on what could be going on? Anything you think I should try? Should I strip again for good measure? I don't use any stain lifters, scents or anything and I air them dry. I use BG3.0 OS pockets and Ka Waii baby pockets mostly. A few NuBunz pockets too. Thanks!!

 A few of my BG's seem to be almost pilling inside (like fleece does if you wash it)...could that be rubbing on her legs and causing this rash and if so what can I do about it (hopefully besides not using the BG's)

Could be a yeast infection. Do a google image search for Candida diaper rash.
