Kate is nearly 17 months and I have never bought her real shoes because she's not walking yet (and probably won't for a while yet). She has a couple pairs of Robeez, but that is it.
Her physical therapist wants me to try putting her in harder soled shoes, but she said to get ones with laces for more support. All the Stride Rites I've seen for girls have velcro. Any ideas where I should start looking? I want something cute, not orthopedic looking!

There are lots more on there, but these were some of my faves.

These are just two from stride rite that I've seen. The second ones (brown ones) are soooo cute. Do you have SR store near you? They generally have a much larger selection than a dept store.
Good luck finding some shoes that you like!
I think she would rock the pink pumas:

The ones with laces I have mostly seen are Puma and Converse.
