My H is scheduled for one for tomorrow morning. The RE was hoping that I would O this weekend...so far negative OPKs so we have still BD'd but Im wondering if we should or should not today?

I definitely would NOT.  In order to get an accurate SA, he should abstain for at least 2 days.  If you had sex today it's going to skew  his results.  And since you are getting negatives on your OPK, it doesn't sound like there is an urgency to having sex today.  If you got a positive OPK today, I'd say have sex and then reschedule your SA.
