I am 36 weeks pregnant. Up until Friday, I worked out consistently through the whole pregnancy... walking a few miles a day (either with my dog or on the treadmill) and circuit training. Then, BAM!, sciatic pain derailed me. I am lucky that I can walk from the couch to the bathroom!! I feel so useless and restless and it's making me depressed that I can do anything physical.

I would feel the same way. Try to relax though. Your body is probably telling you to mellow out for a reason. Just think, you'll have that baby soon, and you have the whole rest of your life to workout! I am a busy body myself, and my workouts have slowed tremendously, and it's hard to cope with when you're used to a set routine. Just hang on there, you will be back to your old self in no time, and you'll have a sweet little bundle to enjoy as well!

I had the exact same thing at 30 weeks when I was pregnant with my first. It drove me insane to not be able to do anything! I could barely walk for those last 9 weeks. Only 3 weeks left-you can hang in there.
If it's any consolation, I was able to get back to working out fairly quickly after #1 and didn't seem to lose too much fitness during those 10 weeks.
